The Challenge
Business Illawarra host the Illawarra Business Awards annually to celebrate business excellence in the region.
In an exceptionally challenging year, the team recognised the 2020 Gala Ceremony had to be more special than ever, to encourage local businesses to get involved once again with the awards.
We were tasked with the challenge to design a memorable brand identity to represent the 2020 theme ‘Celebrating Under The Stars’, working iteratively with the Business Illawarra team.
The Solution
Through an integrated design strategy, the vision of Business Illawarra was brought to life through a new and refreshed brand, brand elements, digital graphics, certificates, medals, print collateral and more.
These assets were used on digital platforms in the lead up to the event, and in the WIN Entertainment Centre on the night of the Gala Ceremony.
