Providing integrated marketing solutions to launch this exciting event, celebrating truffle, regional produce and fine food.

The Challenge

The Southern Highlands’ newest attraction, Viva La Truffle was originally conceptualised as an annual festival of truffle growers and truffle-centric food. Our team were engaged to develop an integrated marketing strategy and brand strategy to promote the new attraction to locals and tourists.

However, due to rapid changes in restrictions in 2021, our team swiftly adapted to create a redesigned strategy to deliver the Viva La Truffle event virtually.

Our team alongside Viva La Truffle featured NSW truffle growers, locally made wine and a celebrity chef through a virtual truffle experience, in which ‘Truffle Showcase’ boxes were delivered to customers.

The Solution

The rapid change in events allowed us to create a dynamic digital marketing campaign, using a combination of social media strategy, paid media, email marketing and print to establish Viva La Truffle as a force in their industry.

Print advertisements were designed for food-centric publications including Gourmet Traveller, to reach the desired target audience for the virtual truffle event.

The success of the campaign had since led Viva La Truffle to host more outstanding events, both virtual and physical.
